The Soloney provides high-quality purified water delivery services across Islamabad. Our product range includes:

• 19 Litre Bottles (Standard dispenser size)

• 12 Litre Bottles

• 6 Litre Bottles

• 1.5 Litre Bottles

• 500ml Bottles

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update our product list and pricing at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and Deliveries

• Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and contact numbers. Any delay caused by incorrect information is not the responsibility of The Soloney.

• Delivery Schedule: We strive to ensure timely delivery as per our scheduled routes in Islamabad. However, unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, etc.) may cause delays. We will inform you if significant delays occur.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Return Policy: If a bottle is found to be leaking, damaged, or unsealed upon delivery, please inform our delivery personnel immediately for an on-the-spot replacement. Once a bottle is accepted and the seal is opened, it cannot be returned for a refund.

5. Bottle Deposits and Ownership

• Security Deposit: For dispensers and 19L/12L bottles, a refundable security deposit may be required.

• Ownership: The physical containers (bottles/jars) remain the property of The Soloney. Customers are expected to return empty bottles in good condition. We reserve the right to charge for lost or severely damaged bottles.

6. User Responsibilities

Users are expected to:

• Provide a safe and accessible environment for our delivery team.

• Not use the website or our services for any unlawful activities.

• Ensure that their contact information is kept up to date for smooth service delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Soloney takes extreme care to ensure the purity and quality of our water. However, we shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, except where prohibited by law. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.
